Returns and Refund

In case you found any delivered product defective/damaged/not satisfied, you can report to Sudhantira. We will not take back the damaged products, but for valid claims, we will return the money (5 to 7 working days to do the refund) or we will reduce the concerning amount in the next order.

You may seek a refund if goods are received faulty with no fault of your own, have defects that were not obvious, or we did not bring to your attention. However, the refund for goods must be claimed within 7 days and you may be asked for proof of purchase. You may also be asked to demonstrate that the problem with the goods was not your fault.

Shipping Policy

We will dispatch your order in 3 working days for all in-stock products. Orders are sent by courier to an attended address. If the package is returned to us by the courier for any reason you will be responsible for an additional delivery fee to resend the order, unless it is our mistake. Orders are sent at the recipient’s risk. Liability and title of the goods passes to the recipient when the parcel is dispatched. Sudhantira has no control or responsibility after this point.

Payment Before Delivery

Please note that orders will only be processed after clear payment has been received. We will not dispatch any orders without full payment under any circumstances.
